Website for a genomics start-up
B4X, a start-up based in Atlanta, Georgia, delivers lifesaving therapeutics and precision diagnostics to individuals suffering from brain disease.
The B4X leadership team asked Sciad to create a brand identity and website that highlighted its data-led approach.
The company uses big data anchored in genomics, and the team wanted the design to both showcase their breakthrough model of the brain and position B4X as an investable company doing things differently.
What we did
Our starting point was to create a logo and brand guidelines to portray B4X as a start-up doing something new and exciting in the marketplace.
Brand Guidelines & Graphic Design
Having worked with the team before, our designers had a good understanding of their preferred style.
Our collaborative design process allowed us to explore ideas before landing upon a final concept and colour palette that would work well online.
Website content was supplied by the client and refined by Sciad’s science writers.
Sciad also showcased B4X’s technology through bespoke 3D models, graphics and layouts.
The end-result was a confident looking brand and a website that communicated the science in an easy and accessible way.
After completion of the website, the new design was applied across B4X’s social media sites, helping to create a consistent brand and inspire confidence among future collaborators.
