Our Challenge
Make complex science accessible through design of a new website to build credibility and enhance visibility
Laverock Therapeutics is using its unique platform technologies to pioneer next-generation, programmable cell and gene therapies.
Having recently secured over £20m in seed funding, achieved key milestones in their oncology programmes, and relocated to London’s Knowledge Quarter in Kings Cross, 2025 felt like the ideal time for a brand and website refresh.
Our Approach
We worked with the team to shape key messaging that would bring its disease-responsive therapies to life
We led a messaging refresh workshop for Laverock’s top team to create a positioning statement and refine their brand identity.
With the new messaging agreed, our brief was to refresh the website design using a modern font and colour palette, and simplified language and images.
The branding
We created Laverock’s new visual identity – designing branding, guidelines and marketing assets.
We evolved the current logo, modernising the design and colour palette to focus on a deep navy, and vibrant pink as the primary accent colour. We also created a fresh and exciting pink to orange gradient, which could be used across materials to draw attention and provide and injection of energy into the brand.


Our Approach
We designed and built an interactive new website in Webflow
Our key challenge was to explain the complex science behind Laverock’s unique platform technologies in an engaging, accessible way.
We pushed our web design capabilities to the next level using Webflow, which allowed us to incorporate complex scroll-based animations to bring the client’s message and story to life.
The client was delighted with the new look and feel of the website, which was awarded ‘Best Science Website’ in the 2026 Web Excellence Awards.
