WMArchitect™ single-use solutions was recently launched by Watson-Marlow Technology Solutions and will be on display at ISPE Annual Meeting & Expo

Devens, MA, USA, 7th October 2024 / Sciad Communications / Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions (WMFTS) will display a range of peristaltic pumps and associated fluid path technologies designed for the pharmaceutical industry during the 2024 ISPE Annual Meeting & Expo from October 13-16.

Located at booth 1513, WMFTS will demonstrate its new range of single-use solutions and well-established peristaltic filling machines at Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, USA.

Alongside the recently launched WMArchitect™ single-use solutions, WMFTS’ range of specialized peristaltic pumps and critical fluid path technologies for scalable drug bioprocess and small-batch drug product fill/finish applications will also be showcased, such as the Flexicon PF7+.

The unique design of the Flexicon peristaltic fillers, along with sets of recommended filling parameters and Accusil silicone tubing, are ideal for filling within the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and biotechnology industries, particularly when handling shear sensitive liquids. The product is only in contact with USP Class VI validated fluid path components. The PF series is designed for flexible small batch filling applications and can fill from less than 0.2 ml to more than 250 ml.

Products on display at ISPE include:

  • WMArchitectTM , an end-to-end biopharmaceutical fluid management solution from a single supplier. WMArchitect single-use solutions is designed to offer both standard, ready-to-use single-use assemblies as well as customized designs that are fully supported with tailored validation packages. WMArchitect will streamline a process, safeguard product, reduce regulatory burden and resolve challenges for end-to-end, single-use fluid path management.
  • Flexicon PF7+ is a benchtop peristaltic dispensing pump developed for accurate and reliable manual filling of sensitive fluids in GMP production and cleanroom environments. The closed fluid path removes any risk of cross-contamination, making the PF7+ ideal for aseptic filling.
  • The Flexicon Flexfeed 15 (FF15) is a rotary vial/bottle handling system designed for use with Flexicon’s liquid filling systems. It can deliver up to 2,000 fills per hour. Liquids can be filled automatically in volumes from less than 0.2 mL to approximately 100 mL.
  • The Flexicon FC10 table-top screw capping machine for small bottles with screw caps (maximum bottle diameter 55 mm and height 180 mm). It is an ideal solution for the production of small batches.

Visit booth 1513 to discover how WMFTS supports the advancement of companies in life sciences from end to end.
