The Challenge
Owned by the prestigious Royal Veterinary College (RVC), London Bioscience Innovation Centre (LBIC) provides office and laboratory space to more than 50 biotech and life science companies. With new competitors on the horizon, the management team needed a focused approach to recruit new clients.

We reviewed LBIC’s website content to ensure that copy was fully optimised.
A fully optimised site improved lead generation by making it easier for companies looking for lab and office space to find LBIC. We also delivered a targeted Google Ads campaign to increase traffic to the site. Improved content helped the business development team in promoting news about clients at conferences in the UK and overseas.

Targeted content to drive lead generation
In addition to a content review, marketing collateral was created to hand out at conferences and networking events. Sciad designed a newsletter to showcase client news, which is published quarterly and emailed to prospects.
A newsletter was also published for the RVC’s clinical marketing team to distribute at events and drive referrals to its small animal hospital.
