Trainee Digital Marketing Executive
We are looking for a self-driven science graduate to join our marketing team to develop skills in digital marketing. As a Trainee Digital Marketing Executive at Sciad, your main duty will be to support the team to develop and manage digital marketing strategies for our clients to help them improve their web presence and achieve their digital marketing goals.
In addition, you will help to build good relationships with existing and potential clients, find out what their needs are and work on optimising their campaigns.
Your role will be extremely important for customer success, satisfaction, and ultimately, loyalty.
YOU WILL LEARN HOW TO:
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Investigate and determine clients’ wants and needs
- Plan and implement digital strategies for clients
- Help clients work towards their goals
- Optimise web content in order to improve Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Present to and train clients in social media strategies
- Analyse the effectiveness of digital campaigns
- Recommend, design and implement digital projects to increase clients’ Return on Investment (ROI)
- Set up a list of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track for each client
- Prepare and present reports on their progress
- Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology
- Help organise digital ad tracking via Google Analytics
REQUIREMENTS
- Scientific graduate
- Work experience related to digital marketing
- Interest in learning about SEO/Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Interest in working on Google Ads campaigns
- Keen to learn about online marketing tools and technology
- Experience using social media platforms
- Sense of ownership and pride in your work and its impact on the company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Ideally a course in marketing or similar relevant field
- Good technical skills
