Trainee PR & Digital Executive

This is a training role for people interested in science and health PR, especially digital communications. You will be exposed to a broad range of digital marketing communications projects, including the following activities:

  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Google Ads management
  • Providing daily admin support to the Managing Partners and PR Account Executive
  • Data entry
  • Editorial admin and proofreading
  • Preparing regular client reports and attending client meetings
  • Attending industry networking events
  • Liaising with clients and the media via telephone and email
  • Monitoring the media
  • Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media
  • Social media, including Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Email marketing support
  • Project management support for design and website projects


You will be a bright, talented and ambitious graduate with a science degree or equivalent. You’ll need excellent writing skills and a positive and willing to learn attitude. We’re looking for someone who is professional, outgoing and friendly, with excellent communication skills, a knack for networking and a passion for digital communications. You’ll be computer literate, have an eye for detail, an interest in digital marketing, and enjoy writing, networking and working in a team.
