Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work with Sciad’s digital marketing team to support the implementation of paid digital advertising programmes for clients
  • Work on tag management across multiple campaigns, clients and platforms
  • Implement tracking into various marketing initiatives using Google Tag Manager
  • Identify and optimise conversions and goals for client advertising campaigns (for example, Call tracking, form tracking, purchase tracking, etc.) with the goal of improving results
  • Analyse and report on website user behaviour, conversions, customer journey, funnel analysis and multi-channel results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices with a desire to bring innovative thinking to clients’ campaigns
  • Use tracking and data analysis software to better understand audience behaviour and interests
  • Placing and verifying pixels to ensure proper campaign tracking and accurate reporting including set up and installation of pixel events
  • Creating campaign spreadsheets and setting up campaigns
  • Understanding PPC Ads on Facebook and how to ensure tracking is properly reporting
  • Experience in implementing Google Analytics and utilising Google Tag Manager
  • Knowledge about tracking methods, data layer manipulation, and the transformation and usage of custom JavaScript to Google Tag Manager
  • High-level of expertise on Tags implementation and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics APIs
  • Collaborative team player used to working with clients from different backgrounds in B2B

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, Facebook Pixel, Google Ads Tag, Bing UET Tag, LinkedIn Insight Tag
  • Experience with implementing and understanding conversion tracking
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
  • 1-2 years’ experience with marketing channels and data.
  • In depth knowledge of analytics and reporting
  • Established knowledge of Google suite of tools (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ad Editor).


  • Strong understanding of digital advertising and social media as well as related platforms
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to track competing priorities and multiple campaigns and projects.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and project management skills
  • Stay current on the latest PPC advertising trends and software tools
  • Knowledge of sales funnels, landing pages, lead generation campaigns
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently; a self-starter who can take initiative and be responsible for achieving assigned tasks autonimously
  • Energetic, goal-driven, professional, sense of humour, good team player
