Two positions available with a fast growing communications agency based in Covent Garden, working across the healthcare, pharma, life sciences, biotech and related scientific and medical areas to deliver integrated communication strategies.

Due to growing demand, we are now looking to hire an Account Manager and an Account Director
You will be joining our exciting team working on a range of global and UK accounts, supporting the delivery of integrated communication services to our clients
The role offers enormous scope to gain experience as a rounded communications professional, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills across geographies and disciplines

2-5 years’ experience in a PR or marketing communications role for the Account Manager or 5+ years experience for the Account Director
Understanding of and interest in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry
Excellent media relations skills – strong journalist network and track record of pitching stories
Experience in a PR/marketing agency or in-house
Degree educated, preferably in a life sciences subject or equivalent demonstrable experience
Excellent writing, communications and interpersonal skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Competence in social media

This is a full-time role for a website designer interested in working in the science and health industry. This role will provide valuable experience across a broad range of website and graphic design projects and will include developing your skills in:
- Adobe XD for UX design
- Basic knowledge of PHP would be beneficial but not essential
- Website planning
- Sitemaps IA
- Drupal maintenance
- Basic server management
- InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Google Analytics
- Liaising with clients via telephone and email

This is a training role for people interested in science and health PR, especially digital communications. You will be exposed to a broad range of digital marketing communications projects including the following activities:
- Search Engine Optimisation and Google Ads Management
- Providing daily admin support to the Managing Partners and PR Account Executive
- Data Entry
- Editorial admin and proofreading
- Preparing regular client reports and attending client meetings
- Attending industry networking events
- Liaising with clients and the media via telephone and email
- Monitoring the media
- Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media
- Social media including Twitter and LinkedIn
- Email marketing support
- Project management support for design and website projects
Who we’re looking for
You will be a bright, talented Graduate with a Science Degree or equivalent with an ambitious character. You’ll need excellent writing skills with a positive and willing to learn attitude. We’re looking for someone who is professional, outgoing and friendly, with excellent communication skills, a knack for networking and a passion for digital communications. You’ll be computer literate, have an eye for detail, an interest in digital marketing, enjoy writing, networking and working in a team.
