Maria has a strong interest in the role that an effective communications strategy can play in building reputation and boosting morale amongst employees, as companies execute opportunities for growth through partnering, diversification of the pipeline, or M&A.

Activities included: Executive profiling of the senior management team, supported by the creation of compelling content, website development, storytelling, media training, media outreach, and the creation of the company’s first ever annual report.
