Amy Thomas

Amy’s role at Sciad includes media relations, science led content creation and marketing strategies. Amy holds a distinction grade master’s degree in Science Communication from Imperial College London. Prior to this Amy studied Neuroscience at Sussex University.

Amy has first-hand experience of the regulatory and fast paced biotech environment having worked in communications for the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), and UK biotech, LabGenius.  Amy’s successes in media relations and health research communications include co-hosting the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine’s (LSHTM) award-winning COVID-19 podcast and successfully delivering the institution’s strategy for COP26.
